Washington State Connections offers the following shipping options for delivery within the Continental 48 states. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Alaska and Hawaii ship 2 nd day UPS.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses

Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. You can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout.

At Washington State Connections, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.

Returns + Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with a copy of the original receipt. Return the product(s) to the following shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Washington State Connections is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
